December 1, 2014 marks the 27th World Aids Day, the most important day of action and remembrance for HIV and Aids. On this day, governments, organizations and associations around the world call on people to take action and show solidarity with those affected by HIV. World Aids Day also serves to remind those responsible in politics, the media, business and society that the HIV virus is far from being defeated.
Hugo Tempelman comments: “The world and donors are tired of HIV, but in South Africa alone, 650 people die of AIDS every day. You get tired of that! We can’t afford this!”
Help us to help! Every donation counts!
