This year’s Heritage Day celebrations were once again a great, colorful celebration. On this day, all South Africans are encouraged to celebrate their culture and the diversity of their traditions and beliefs. As every year, the colorful traditional costumes were a delight. This year, a local comedian also took to the stage at the Miracle Theater. In front of the large crowd – more than 1,500 people attended – dancers also performed their traditional cultural dances, making the “Day of the Rainbow Nation” truly colorful. And as always when the Ndlovu Care Group organizes a festival, there was food and drink for everyone – no one had to go home hungry.
