In order to create an attractive working environment for qualified and motivated employees for Ndlovu Care Group, Hugo Tempelman built the first employee building in 2015, where employees can live during the week. The township of Elandsdoorn is very remote and the nearest larger town is a long way away. Too far for a daily commute to work.
This very climate-friendly house consists of 10 single rooms, each with a shower, and a large common room with TV and DVD player. The open, fully equipped kitchen is adjoining. Here, employees have the opportunity for both private retreat and communal interaction.
